Senior Electronics Procurement Manager

Managing overall electronic procurement process including
1) Work with suppliers/distributors to manage overall procurement for all Electronic parts.
2) Develop system to manage ordering process in efficient and effective ways.
3) Align forecast from Customers with suppliers for safety stock control, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), buffer stocks to reduce Lead time and inventory at factory.
4) Deeply understand ERP, develop the system further to optimize procurement process.
5) Be able to manage suppliers in term of capacity, product, delivery time, after-sales services, payment methods, supplier performance and price reductions.
6) Managing backup solution(s) to fill the gaps in Electronic parts supply such as: Expediting, alternates parts approval…
7) Monitoring and control expediting cost between company and customers.
8) Be able to develop sourcing and RFQ process for Electronic components through Supply Chain.
9) Coordinate within Supply Chain – especially Planning team to build strategy for Electronic ordering process such as: Sharing % to distributors, economic order quantities based on MOQ, SPQ, shipping costs and max stock levels
10) Be able to become Global coordinator in order to communicate and support Electronic procurement processes with other Business Units
11) Other works as instructed by Supply Chain Manager.

1) Vietnamese candidate with several years of experience in Electronics procurement and/or Electronic sourcing; preferably in Western organization.
2) Should have good command of English and be able to present in a clear way.
3) Global network working experiences; high level in communication with oversea suppliers/customers.
4) Preferably degree in Engineering of Electronics and/or Industrial Management
5) 25M gross-42M gross
