- Being responsible for the overall excellent customer relationship with parents and students, through providing quality care and showing expert knowledge in early childhood education.
- High personal accountability with a sharp focus on achieving new student acquisition targets at their designated campus.
- Establishing the campus as the preferred place to study English, Mathematics and STEAM in your territory.
- Ensuring their service meets our student promises and delivers strong client satisfaction.
- Understanding and managing their individual conduct and professional performance.
- Maintaining, building and being a team player at their campus.

- Degree or diploma qualified with minimum 1 year of work experience in education or a related field such as hospitality, banking and insurance
- Previous sales or marketing experience would be advantageous
- Possesses a customer care, relationship management and stakeholder care mindset
- Excellent communication skills, highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly
