RESPONSIBILITIES
Your job will have responsibilities as below:
**Handle student enrollment, programs consultations and telesales activities**
- Providing parent consultations
- Introducing the company, clarifying customers’ needs, giving pre-consultations and inputting parents/students’
information
- Signing up parents for trial classes and converting them to paying customers
- Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new clients
- Work with Marketing team to organize effective activities/event regularly
- Daily sales/Weekly/Monthly sales reporting on CRM system as per company requirement
- Team leader or manager/director level:
- Lead the EC team to achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Coach and support all staffs of Sales Department to enhance market and business.
- Provide product feedback to improve our strategic value to our target markets
- Solve needs, complaint of the clients that over the control of junior EC.
- Other tasks and as assigned by line Managers (Head of sales/CEO)

- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably with some business focus)
- Having experiences in telesales, building good relationship with clients over the phone from all industry (at least 2 years
experience)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proven sales and business development track record
- Dynamic, pro-active work style
- Good team player, self-motivated, well-organised and result-oriented
- Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" " hands-on" attitude
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
