Senior Driver Trust & Safety Manager

- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training
- Compiling and presenting meaningful information in order to spread new/updated knowledge for partners
- Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes
- Being responsible for overall fraud-busting activities of a certain vertical
- Creating fraud fighting roadmap
- Continuously gathering MO from the ground and analyze fraud patterns
- Designing solutions/rules to minimize frauds
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and regions over optimal fraud solutions
- Evaluating new feature roll-out to eliminate fraud potential
- Monitoring impact of implemented solutions to continuously improve them

- Minimum educational background: Bachelor
- 2+ years training management experience
- 5 years of work experience in consulting/tech companies/startup
- Proficient in SQL or other data analytics capability
- Background in anti-fraud or project management of the product is preferred
- Proficient in English
- Strong analytical skill, data driven, detail oriented & communication skill
