Job profile:
Senior Driver Operations Manager is generally responsible for driver resources which are stable and meet the needs of the market.
This role entails the planning and execution of driver acquisition and retention activities, running the Driver Support Center including driver onboarding and training, and organising driver engagement events and communications schedules.
More specifically, you will be the key person to:
● Coordinate with the central Driver Operations team in GoViet to plan and execute driver related operation initiatives for Hanoi.
● Build, manage and coach the Hanoi Acquisition team to achieve team OKRs.Initiate, plan and conduct experiments on driver retention.
● Track and analyse supply health status for Hanoi. Identify key issues and challenges, provide recommendations and execute solutions to address these key issues.
● Set, plan and implement online and offline driver engagement activities, including driver events, online social network outreach, other communication campaigns and strategies.
● Measure effectiveness of each Communication plans and propose continuously improvement plans.
● Plan, manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of our Driver Support Center in Hanoi, including inventory, staffing, and traffic management

● Having at least 7 years of experience in operational roles, including at least 2 years of holding leadership and management position
● Minimum educational background: College graduate or higher, internationally recognised operational efficiency qualifications such as Six Sigma is a plus
● You will need to have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a balanced set of analytical, and problem solving skills to excel at this role. SQL will be a plus
● You would also be expected to be an open minded person with a can-do attitude who is also logical, data driven and detailed oriented
● Minimum educational background: College graduate or higher, internationally recognised operational efficiency qualifications such as Six Sigma is a plus
