Mô tả công việc
● Planning and Structuring: Implement programs which will support the business priorities, namely to improve the lives of our driver-partners. Your focus will be Driver Rewards and Recognition, programs to make our driver-partners feel valued and engaged.
● Execution focused: Hustle and reach out to the right commercial partners who can add value for our drivers. Source the right relationship, sort out the commercial terms and deepen the relationship.
● Complex Problem Solving: Analyze data, trends, and insights to inform key business decisions. This can include competitive bench marking, modelling different hypotheses, and analyses of product-market fit.
● Champion of Best-Practices: Design and own standard operating procedures (SOPs) and play-books to document and share best-practices from your various analyses and learning.

● Fast and agile: You have an ability to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace.
● Resourceful: You won’t be able to rely on existing knowledge bases. You should be comfortable with piecing together information from various sources and creating a coherent narrative.
● Strong communication: You will deal with stakeholders with different communication styles. You should be able to use whatever channel required (face-to-face, email, Whatsapp!) to communicate complex ideas effectively.
● Strategy Experience: Your work will involve building business-cases and designing strategic initiatives. Experience in strategy is essential - preferably management consulting or corporate strategy/change management across industries such as FMCG, consumer tech, PE, telco.
● Analytical and quantitative problem-solving: Fluency with numbers required! You need to have an ease with data analytics and technical resources (be it Excel, R, SQL…) to support your hypotheses.
● Language: Fluency in business-level English
● 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in Asia/Asia-Pacific. Work experience at a tech company is a bonus.
