Senior Draftsman, Design & Development

Duties may include but not limited to:
 Assist Senior Manager to create technical drawings based on given specifications
 work with professionals in their field, such as scientists, architects and engineers, who provide the product or structure's details
 draftsman incorporates these specifications into drawings and plans that may be used in the manufacture, maintenance or repair of the product or structure.
 Setup and maintain central drawing control
 Update master layout plan for any changes of the properties
 Provide AutoCad support for other business units in drawing drafting and revision
 Perform non-office hours duty for ad hoc events whenever is required.
 Stay informed and comply with all company policies and procedures.
 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
 2-4 years working in draftsman role for facilities management, engineering, interior design or consultancy firm etc.;
 Have knowledge of Drawing file control system
 Formal training computer-aided design program is preferable
 Good telephone manner and customer service focus.
 Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred to deal effectively with internal departments
 Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday if necessary
 Ability to work on overtime when needed.
 Good health, physically fit and excellence in personal grooming and presentation
 Have strong interpersonal skills, analytical; presentation and problem- solving skills; and
 Computer literate in MS Office applications/AutoCAD/ 3D Rendering etc
 Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese/ English is a must.
