Senior Display Marketing Analyst

• Responsible for managing big scale digital marketing campaigns that have high technical complexity due to very large numbers of Ads entities that need to be managed;
• Be the main driver of the performance growth and results (i.e. ROI/ROAS/Life Time Value) with end-to-end ownership;
• Identify optimization opportunities/growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required;
• Design, plan, and prioritize all the tasks/activities within the managed campaigns;
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders from management level for discussion and collaboration;
• Mature enough to manage smaller marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered.

The above will be delivered by:
• Working very closely with Senior Digital Marketing Associate as supervisor to develop paid media strategies for specific local markets which need to be tailored & personalized;
• Develop execution to achieve paid media objectives (CAC, CIR);
• Manage Traveloka advertising accounts on all platforms;
• Maintain online advertising campaigns, from display targeting and retargeting;
• Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance;
• Manage ads & performance incidents (data, technical integration, product feed, app events, audience segmentation) and cascade issues to Central team;
• Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented;
• Collaborate closely with local market PMMs - for each market- for performance optimization based on budget spent and campaign calendars;
• Provide bi/weekly performance reports on each digital channels and funnels, and circulate to relevant stakeholders.

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1-2 years experience in performance-based digital marketing, as well as account and client management experience; depending on the scope of digital marketing handled;
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights;
• Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence;
• Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool;
• Good English communication.
