Senior Disbursement & Repayment Manager (Head)

1. Key Accountabilities:
• Playing as checker role: disburse and upload repayment loan from customers; work with partners to match and sort out discrepancy-if any- to ensure the accuracy
• Managing entire team including daily operations, operational planning, staff selection, training…
• Ensure all processing loan maintenances in line with company’s guideline
• Repayment partners management or dealing and coordinate other vendors relevant to D&R
• Business Process Transformation/Re-engineering to meet all requirements from Management
• Managing Periodically MIS report
• Internal Control of Operations enhancement
• Leading all projects of Operations & other tasks are assigned by Department Head if any

2. Performance measures:
• Follow annual KPIs
• Give action prevention & quickly
• Accuracy, meet TAT and support D&R to prevent potential issue
• No high risk is found out
• Diversify repayment partners, monitor closely them to ensure all transactions run smoothly & good services. Looking for new opportunities for business
• Improve operational productivity by having initiatives/renovation, bringing in meaningful changes to the way operate
• Design and do ad-hoc and frequency reports to understand customer’s repayment behavior also repayment trend and have proper solutions
• Establish efficient framework for internal control on overall company operation for Disbursal & Repayment process, Reconciliation with full documentation from end to end and monthly monitoring reports
• Projects for new products; automation solutions…
• Monitor closely related partners to ensure all transactions run smoothly and develop new cooperation / methods AND review yearly
• Follow assignment & automation the process

1. Qualification:
• University graduate (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)
• Familiar with financial service software and reporting system.

2. Experience:
• At least 7 years of related experience

3. Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge: Finance, Banking knowledge preferred
• Competencies: Teamwork spirit is required, creativeness, carefulness
• Computer skill: Computer skills (MS Word, Excel. Power point)
• Languages capability: Good command of English and Vietnamese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
