Mô tả công việc
1. Strategic planning and managing Mega Brand Campaigns from Planning to execution: Sony Show Communication, Football Sponsorship, Year-end Cross categories promotion, other cooperated brand building activities…
- In order to (achieve what results) keep No. 1 Top Of Mind (TOM) of Sony brand in the market and vs. competitors; keep target audience engage with Sony and enhance Sony Brand Power score
2. Lead & manage Sony owned media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) with support from subordinate
- In order to (achieve what results) strengthen consumers engagement with Sony brand and create halo effect for all categories
3. E-commerce (EC) Site Coordinating: Work with Dealer Marketing teams to ensure the share of voice of Sony on dealers’ channels.
- In order to (achieve what results) strengthen Sony’s Share of Voice (SOV) vs. competitors within key dealers and support for sales
4. Project Handling which are ad-hoc projects or Cooperated assigned projects or communication projects including planning & execution
- In order to (achieve what results) strengthen Sony’s SOV in the market & vs. competitors, to enhance consumers engagement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate in Economics/ Marketing / Media / Communications
- Minimum 3 working years in Electronics Industry/Media/ Creative Agency/digital marketing field at consumer products companies
- Digital Marketing, Communication & Problem Solving Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, especially Electronics industry or have knowledge about Media will be advantages
- Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office products, properly using Social Media Networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest…)
Other requirements:
• Used to work for Digital marketing field at electronics companies or consumer products companies, or used to work for Media/ Creative agencies
• Be enthusiastic with Digital Marketing
• Able to learn & train new product/ technology
• Quick catch-up in Marketing Trends
• Excellent presentation skill
• Good communication
• Proficiency in Office skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Be able to coach & lead subordinates
