JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist supports the Cinema Marketing Manager and Cinema Operations team to develop various marketing activities that sustain CGV Cinemas’ position as the Vietnam’s leading entertainment space.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Build up strategies to drive traffic to company website, enhance conversion rates and make improvements to the website.
Plan digital marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, SNS, mobile ads...
Manage, renovate CGV application as an effective sales channel for the company.
Manage CGV Facebook fan page together with content build-up in conjunction with the company marketing activities & strategy, keep maintain its No1 position in cinema industry and among top FB fanpages in Vietnam.
Assist Cinema Marketing Manager to generate the digital marketing strategy and campaign.
Research up-to-date methods and techniques and propose to Cinema Manager the new and effective platforms for marketing campaigns.
Work with digital marketing agencies to make recommendations on placement of digital media advertising and promotion.
Ensure the sales targets and customer engagement metrics for digital channels.
Use effective measurement and track for all campaign activity. Measure all online/digital campaign activity via Google Analytics and other reporting/traffic tracking.
Support other colleagues to carry out integrated marketing communication plan and execute assigned marketing campaigns.

Education background
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business is preferred.
Working Experience & Competencies
Language: Fluency in Vietnamese; Good in English.
At least 5 years’ experience at the same position in digital marketing agency or e-commerce is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing and new technologies.
Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Microsoft Office Suite required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business is preferred.
