Mô tả công việc
- Possess strong marketing fundamentals, with experience around lead generation and driving sales conversions
- Hands on platform/channel expertise across Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Search, Email Marketing, Partnership, Referral Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan, execute and A/B test user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention initiatives
- Plan, execute and monitor digital plans for the company
- Channel user feedback to the engineering team and participate in development pipeline discussion
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Develop a shared vision – Work across the organization to build understanding and enthusiasm for the growth strategy and strategic initiatives
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, user growth - through lead generation or app downloads, for consumer products
- Successful previous experience as a marketing manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Extremely data-driven, with experience using a combination of quantitative as well as qualitative research methods to prioritize and validate ideas
- Highly analytical with strong skills and judgment to break down complex problems
- A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
- Marketing sense - ability to speak in terms of user value propositions and creatively inspire users to try the product
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to change
- Being relentless in pursuit of growth
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
