Senior Designer

Work tasks:

- The candidate has to manage a team of designers.

- Manage the requests of customers developments (delivered by SALES staff)

- Plan the work of designers (design development)

- Cooperation with Production Printing team and Sales team

- Confirm the quality of sample developed ready to ship customer

Short description on work flow:

- HUNGYEN digital printing department prints customers design on fabric polyamide/spandex (PA/EA)

Customer sends to HY the file with design to develop.

Senior designer must accept or reject the request if all information is ok (color reference, quality of file, size, etc.).

If everything is ok, the senior designer has to plan the work to do with designer staff, sending to Sales the delivery date of final sample.

Customer will accept or reject (asking modification) the sample.

In case of sample accepted, we will wait the bulk order and Production printing staff will print the quantity.

- High knowledge of PHOTOSHOP software (color modifications, color profiles, levels management, pantone management)

- Good view of colors difference

- Basic knowledge of ENGLISH language

- Work experience requested in design sector/industry

Working in a professional environment, EU standard 

Transportation from Hanoi to Hung Yen and vice versa
