Senior Design Engineer

- Provide design on time (as per construction schedule), ensure the accuracy of material design.
- Complete documentation of all conversations and directives on each project.
- Design the project in accordance with PIF (Project Inquiry Form) requirements. The design process including the following: Stability check, safe design, Economical member sizing, Follow BBV standard for inventory items and built-up geometry limitation.
- Improve quality (reduced errors, clarity of information)
- Reduce lead time
- Reduce cost
- Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position.

- At least 5 years’ experience in PEB as designer
- Civil Engineer background
- Basic English ( read and understand EL document )
- Understand MBMA/AISC/IBC ( American standard )
- Can use Staad Pro / SAP / ETAB ( prefer Staad Pro )
- Hard working
- Design skills with American code
- Strong communication and influencing skills, leadership, problem solving and decision making, initiative and follow through, project management, planning and organizing skills
