Senior Database Administrator

This position is responsible for all database management activities. Such organisations turn to a skilled expert known as a database developer to design, implement and maintain programs/process flow that enable relating teams to update, retrieve, delete or arrange data within a specific database.

Job description:
• Import/export datasets from a range of sources into the fundraising database (CRM) using T- SQL. With a focus on monitoring and accuracy.
• Provide reports/datasets for Smart Credit. Support Business Unit to make decision on daily activities which based on data tracking.
• Reporting and import procedures. Coordinate with other members within the team to plan and implement database for Smart Credit Division, ensuring that timeline are agreed, deadlines are met and clients satisfied with outcome.
• Work and communicate effectively with partner to develop functions as needed, either new software, share-point server.
• Collaborate to build effective data solutions and processes, with particular emphasis on maintaining high data standards and accuracy.
• Create and maintain the mini win-form for tasks and projects needed.
• Resolve database issues which raise by colleagues with effective problem solving, support and coaching for end-users.
• Manage and continuously develop Customer Relationship Management System to support for Tele-sales category is continuously working on parallel agreement processing.
