Senior Data Engineer

ROLES:
We are looking for passionate candidate who really loves to work with data to join our Data Management and Online Reporting team. You will be responsible for developing and deploying ETL processes as well as reports using various technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, C#, SSRS, Power BI). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaising with Nordic consultants (client) to gather requirement, align expectation and provide technical support
- Maintaining proactive ongoing communication with the client on a project-by-project basis
- Interpreting, analyzing, and documenting business data requirements to ensure that all requests are delivered with high quality
- Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvement: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery for greater scalability, etc.
- Developing, enhancing, customizing, and managing existing reports
- Maintaining the report schedule and managing ad hoc requests
- Utilizing creative thinking and problem-solving skills to complete jobs and ensure client satisfaction
- Proactively identifying and solving problems related to projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data
- Collaborating with other functional teams to strive for greater functionality in our data and report systems
- Actively pursue knowledge of the data management field

Communication and organization skills are keys for this position, along with a good service mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or equivalent 
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong in T-SQL, Microsoft SQL
- Knowledge of C#, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI
- Strong analytical mind and ability to effectively articulate information through complex data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Logical thinking & detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, tight schedule, and multi-task effectively
