- Provide guidelines on investment procedure to customers
- Visit clients on a regular basis for mutual updates and build relationship
- Organize client events
- Identify opportunities to offer more services to customers
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage customer projects with multiple steps and timelines
- Manage contract execution (payment + product delivery: land handover, utilities connection)
- Follow up and support clients during construction and operation
- Solve customer inquiries
- Coordinate internally with other departments
- Study and apply legal basis
