Job Description
• Support POS+ clients via call, mail or messenger
• Manage all inquiries from clients (via system) & share to developers
• Translate/Create user manual for POS+ products in Chinese, English &Vietnamese.
• Prepare/ Present monthly report.
• Set up POS+ equipment & system in customer location via business trip all countries.
• Support Sales and Marketing.
Requirement
• Fluent at English & Chinese (especially Chinese_ HSK Level 4)
• Have high sense of responsibility. Be Able to handle pressure.
• Customer-centric minded, task-oriented.
• Good practices in Presentation, Communication skill, Negotiation skill
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Internet and Sale System
