Mô tả công việc
Job description:
- Provide guidelines on investment procedure to customers
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage customer startup projects
- Follow up and support clients during construction and operation
- Manage contract execution (payment + product delivery: land handover, utilities connection)
- Solve clients’ requests and inquiries
- Provide guidelines on other legal concerns to customers
- Visit clients on a regular basis for mutual updates and build relationship
- Organize client events
- Identify opportunities to offer more services to customers
- Provide guidelines on investment procedure to customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Proficiency in English
- 5 years in roles with customer exposure
- Knowledge/Expertise: Negotiation, Interpersonal, Laws on enterprise and investment, Time management, Project management, Problem solving
