Senior Customer Service Officer

Sales Order Processing
- Receive and check customer orders (product name, unit price, quantity, delivery date, payment terms)
- Issue order confirmation to customers based on internal capability/stock on hand
- Inform Material Management Officer and Supply Chain Manager about any out-of-stock situation
- Make booking of transportation and issue delivery documents/ Invoices
- Follow up closely with 3PL till delivery is made to customers
- Control KPI of on-time delivery and distribution costs

Customer Service
- Handle customer complaints: receive, acknowledge and coordinate with relevant departments to solve the problem
- Make monthly report of customer complaints
- Perform annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, analyze and performs actions to improve Customer Satisfaction level.

Others
- Support sales department to send quotations to customers
- Handle stock transfer between warehouse locations
- Co-operate with Customer – Laboratory - Sales for product quality inspection, if any
- Monitor distribution and stock transfer costs, create PR and submit documents to Finance department for payment

Job requirement :

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working in Chemical industry.
- Five years or more of experience in similar function.
- Customer – oriented.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Possess self-motivation and teamwork spirit.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Ability to work under high pressure
