The Role
As Customer Service Officer, you are responsible for providing the best customer services possible by EF Academy to EF parents and students. You will be responsible for all support functions from visa admin to academic and career counseling for students and parents.

As part of the management team, you will play a key role in defining the success of the country’s operation.

Your main responsibilities are:
• Represent EF Academy to speak at functions and events
• Represent EF Academy to lead and support EF parents and students on all aspects to ensure better satisfactions from EF students and parents
• Plan, lead and execute excellent customer service and value-added activities for EF parents and students
• Collaborate with EF schools to ensure better academic and social performance for EF students, acting as chief Counsel to EF parents and students
• Handle complaints and queries from customers
• Handle visa support to EF customers

You have the following attributes and qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in sales, business development or customer service
• Entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives under high pressure and wants to work in an uncontrolled environment with very few restrictions.
• You have a highly result oriented mindset, a customer-focused nature with built-in cultural awareness and emotional sensitivity
• Proactive, aggressive and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and ability to see opportunities
• You are a creative but strategic thinker - with a passion for details.
• Overseas experience from either living or studying abroad in a foreign country
• An ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
• A flexible attitude towards work
• Patient but yet result-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Strong networker
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, so as to be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, both in writing and in speaking
• Thrives on intellectual challenges
• A clear understanding of education system in Vietnam and a potential network within the educational institutes are a big plus, previous experience serving high-end customers is another.
• Willingness and ability to occasionally travel within the region and abroad is necessary.
