Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
Job Description:
1. Releasing new project to customers
- Release new production line, machines for Japanese customers
- Communicate and work together with Bosch Japan for making customer satisfaction
2. Claim handling and report to customer
- 0km and field failure claim handling
- Effectively receiving and handling complaints or inquiries from customers
- Forming internal project team to address and investigate the concerns of customers
3. Quality reporting in monthly meeting
4. Quality data analysis
- Prepare technical quality report towards to customer

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor / Master degree in technical field
- At least 5 years of experience at industrial working environment
- Excellent command of English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer oriented
- Highly flexible and patient
- Problem solving skills (8D, FMEA)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
