• Build and lead On’s costing team in Asia, shape and drive On’s costing strategy
• Establish and nurture relationships with all key venders
• Regularly visit key venders, lead cost negotiations
• Closely monitor, track, analyse and report material and product costs
• Work closely with the rest of supply chain team and development teams in Europe and Asia, and drive design to cost
• Live and share our commitment to sustainability and quality and drive initiatives that set On apart from all other brands

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation and a natural push for excellence
• Several years of experience in costing, ideally in the footwear or apparel industry
• Experience in production and quality control is a plus
Fluent in English
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams
• Excellent commercial sense, very analytical mindset and a passion for numbers and value engineering
• Able to travel on a regular basis between HQ in Switzerland and On’s production and development partners in Vietnam and China
• Several years of experience in costing, ideally in the footwear or apparel industry
• Experience in production and quality control is a plus
