Mô tả công việc
1. Jointly evaluate monthly IPC with the Engineer, QS consultant & AKR’s PMT;
2. Record VO submission, and other requested from Contractor which have cost implication;
3. Attend weekly site meeting, commercial meeting or VO meeting to progressively conclude VOs;
4. Read, understand contract terms & condition and give advice to the AKR’s PMT.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in building projects , either in a construction firm or property development company.
- Good working attitude, a high level of professionalism, initiative and integrity.
- Good team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with excellent communications skills.
