Senior Corporate Sales/BD Executive will be responsible for all activities of corporate sales/business development for Khoi Nguyen Education Group (KNE, https://www.khoinguyenholdings.edu.vn/) and its Canadian International School System (http://cis.edu.vn/). This role will proactively approach potential clients/companies/partners, establish and maintain business network and partnerships for promotion of KNE and its educational services/programs.
Senior Corporate Sales/BD Executive will perform full range of duties, included but not limited as below:
• Identify, develop and maintain business networks and partnerships with potential companies/partners/schools to promote school education program and student recruitment polices effectively.
• Assist the Director of Business Development in developing and implementing corporate sales and business development activities to ensure the targets and KPIs assigned by the Board of Directors are met.
• Effectively utilize relevant online and offline sales/business development channels and tools for approaching and establishing new potential customers/companies/partners.
• Collaborate with other related departments (School Leadership Team, School Operations, Admissions, PR Marketing, Business Development, etc.) in developing and promoting promotion programs, corporate partnership policies; and regularly liaising with key stakeholders across the KNE and its schools.
• Other duties assigned by the Board of Directors and Director of Business Development.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, International Business/Relations or related fields.
• At least 5 years experiences in corporate sales (B2B) or/and corporate business development; preferably experience working in high-end education industry and great networking with large corporations in banking, real estates, international schools located in Ho Chi Minh City or other regions in Vietnam.
• Fluent in English and in Vietnamese (verbal and written skills).
• Good knowledge in Microsoft and business development tools.
• Experience managing key partner or agent relationships.
• Solid experience of delivering against target, and solid capability of analyzing & reporting data.
• Ability to manage various priorities at once, and project management skill.
• Work effectively under pressure and good team player.
• Self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skill.
• Can travel between the different districts in Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam.
