- Collecting information for the preparation of legal documents.
- Preparing documentation for the conveyance of property, construction design and construction, etc
- Preparing documentation on the legal aspects of setting up a new business.
- Keeping up to date with changing legislation.
- Check the legality of the documents, contracts; negotiate content and the terms of the contract.
- Other tasks assigned by the directly manager.
