Senior Corporate Affair Executive (Chuyên Viên Quan Hệ Đối Ngoại)

• Assist the Board of Director in Foreign Affair job with the customers and business partners.
• Maintain and develop a good relationship with the Government Departments, Business Partners, Customers, Foreign Affair department in Vietnam and oversea.
• Be available for business trip, meeting with new business partners to develop the new projects.
• Involve and contribute to the negotiation process with landowners / business partners to ensure that the projects reach the desired agreements for the Company.
• Corporate with Project department to work with the Government departments to push up the process of licenses for new projects.
• Be responsible for welcoming inspectors at company.
• Organize to welcome company’s guests.
• Other tasks assigned by the Board of Director.

• Have Bachelor / Associate Degree from the relevant majors.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the equivalent position in real estate / education.
• Excellent Communication skill both in English & Vietnamese
• Be able to go on business trips
• Teamwork skills, ability to work independently
• High sense of responsibility, initiative and flexibility in the work
• Be able to work under high pressure
