About Advisory Services
We focus on helping clients to improve their performance and manage their risks more effectively. We work with clients to address their specific circumstances and help turn strategy into reality. Whether it’s an improved finance function, enhanced supply chain or superior customer management, we’re able to offer added value.
Advisory Service includes 02 business areas: Performance Improvement and Risk Management. Performance Improvement helps local and international companies with:
1. Operation: Business Process Improvement, Supply chain and Operation Improvement
2. Finance: Planning, budgeting and forecasting, Costing, Business performance management, Finance process efficiency, and Finance function transformation
3. People and Organization: Organization design, Change management, HR process efficiency, and HR Transformation Risk Transformation
Risk Management helps local and international companies evaluate their risk management processes and identify the risks that matter to improve performance and reduce costs. Services include:
1. Internal Audit
2. Major Capital Projects
3. Financial Services Risk Management
Essence of the role
► Lead work streams of performance improvement services; formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions to help clients accelerate business growth and streamline their operations
► Ensure work efficiency during all engagements by continuously improving processes, utilizing methodologies, tools, and technologies
► Be responsible for parts of the final deliverables for clients
► Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of workshops, presentations and training at client premises and within the team
► Work closely with the project manager, identify and escalate potential risks and issues to project manager along with suggested preventive or mitigating actions
► Contribute to a strong client relationship through effective management of interactions with client personnel
► Supervise and coach junior professionals, help people enhance their contribution and develop their capabilities
► Conduct market research, contribute to the development of proposals, identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing engagements
Senior will need to lead teams and manage client interactions for Performance Improvement engagements

Job Requirements
► General requirements:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• MBA and/or CFA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/CIA is a plus
• Good knowledge on Business operation and processes
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting practice with direct project experience, OR At least 3 years of experience with a reputable organization and a strong record of personal success
• Fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English
• Advanced user of MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Problem solving, Analysis and Insight, Teamwork, Leadership, Change management, Business development, Relationship management
► Additional requirements for Senior of Finance consulting:
• Advanced user of VBA
• Strong competencies in financial modelling, data analysis, operational accounting, statutory reporting, management reporting and other operational areas that impact the finance function
