Senior Consultant (Savills Hotels, Asia Pacific)

POSITION OVERVIEW – Assist the Director to consult clients and to maintain client relationships

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research market information and reports preparation
• Expand databases of relevant property market data
• Conduct complex financial cash flow models to undertake feasibility study and/or valuation for properties throughout Vietnam and the region.
• Deliver reports, figures, conclusions and proper development recommendations.
• Consult with, and present to, clients on project viability.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Actively pursue ‘Trusted Advisor’ status, lead clients in their requirements.
• Any other specific task as assigned by the Director.

• Education: Degree in Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Economics.
• Candidates who participate in CFA program are preferred
• Communication skills: Strong networking & excellent communication
• PC skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Experience: At least 3-4 year experience in related consultancy field or in real estate investment in large organizations.
• Candidates who have worked in competitors (CBRE, JLL,…) or Big4 audit firms (KPMG, EY) or investment funds are preferable
• Language: Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
• Key characteristics
 Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to do multi-task;
 Literacy, for writing reports and presentations;
 Ability to work effectively under pressure.
 Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
