EY Consulting Vietnam is looking for enthusiastic and high-performing candidates with ALM, FTP and Market Risk management skills to join our Financial Services Advisory team in Hanoi and HCMC offices as Senior consultants.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop methodologies and policies for ALM operations, including behavior models and dynamic ALM;
• Develop methodologies, policies and reporting requirements for FTP system
• Develop methodologies, measurement models and policies for Market Risk management;
• Validate and propose improvement recommendations for clients’ ALM and Market risk models
• Develop tools for VaR, Sensitivities, Mark to market model of Market Risk management and propose recommendations to improve Market Risk management system;
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer to clients and team members;
• Establish, develop and maintain client relationship via professional manners.

Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in banking/ finance, specializing in market risk management, ALM or FTP;
• Bachelor/Master/MBA Degree in Finance / Banking/ Mathematics;
• Having FRM/ PRM/CFA qualification (completed or in progress) would be a plus;
• Database and programming knowledge and exposure in various tools such as SQL, VBA, R and Python whould be a privilege;
• Strong understanding about SBV’s Circular 41, SBV’s Circular 13, Basel requirements & best practices on FTP, ALM, Market risk management…;
• Strong leadership and organizational awareness with ability to facilitate and resolve conflicts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proactive and teamwork skills; highly meticulous, and self-motivated
• Frequent travelling in and outside Vietnam
