Mô tả công việc
- Follow the activities of land sublease tenants: guide investors to implement the construction work in accordance with the regulations of industrial zones and the current regulations of the state. Perform regular inspection and supervision to limit the violations of customers when building factories or when there are factory improvements during the production process.
- Supervise the contractor for Loteco to ensure the construction in LOTECO follow the internal regulations and laws.
- Supervise the maintenance service to repair the construction and the infrastructure of Loteco. When selecting these suppliers, it is necessary to have accurate and truthful information about the quality of these contractors, the prices must be reasonable, and having analysis comment before report to manager.
- Coordinate with the maintenance staff to have maintenance plans, repair, replace the damaged and degraded items.
- Prepare all necessary technical and legal documents when new construction projects are required or required by BGD
- Give advice to the manager when selecting a contractor to find the best supplier to ensure 4 conditions: quality, schedule, warranty maintenance and reasonable cost.
- Follow the guiding documents and current laws, coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure adequate and legal.
- Handling incidents related to the construction regulation and rental factory tenants. Record and save all records when handling incidents. Handling unusual incidents and handling according to complaints from tenants.
- Perform and complete the tasks assigned by manager and BOD
- Update ISO documents when issued and edited, edit documents, ISO forms of the office
- Make the monthly or quarterly report to manager/ BOD

Experience: 5-7years
Language: TOEIC 600.
Education: university or college, major of construction
Others: - living in Bien Hoa city
- Good at communication skills
- Good at MS WORD, AUTO CAD.
