The Complex Transactions Group (“CTG”) supports the service teams of KPMG in managing complex transactions/projects which requires the involvement of multi-disciplined teams or different teams in various jurisdictions. CTG acts as a single point of contact of KPMG for managing and delivering these complex projects, bringing the whole of KPMG to these opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Manager and above in managing complex projects which require the involvement of a number of work streams across KPMG
• Assist Managers and above in preparation of proposals, tracking information about details of projects (including but not limited to keep track project’s timeline, progress, required-action tasks, gathering and synthesizing information, etc.).
• Cooperate with work streams to ensure the deadline and commitment of projects
• Guiding junior staff in researching industry information for proposal preparation
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to other team members
• Supporting Managers and above with PPT presentations for different projects
• Supporting Senior and leaders in business development
• Other tasks required by PM (including manage and run internal projects of KPMG, if required)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Experience & Background:
• Bachelor degree or higher in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics, law, investment, etc
• Three to five years' relevant experience of working with clients internationally and strong in project management. Experience in deal/investment transactions is a plus.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset, structured thinking, and creativity
• Demonstrate confidence, people skills and team cooperation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with “can-do” attitude with fast learning ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese, fluency in other language (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) is a plus
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills.
• Ability to travel (within Vietnam and Cambodia) as required
