Mô tả công việc
Report to: HR Manager
Department/Group: HR Department
In charge of C&B including: Timesheet, Payroll, Allowance, Bonus, Social insurance, PIT, Labor Union, annual performance bonus and Others for employees accurately, effectively and confidentially.
• Maintain regular contacts with managers and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policy and procedure company
• Elaborate new C&B policies based on business growth and law. Compare with the labor market, the competitor to build-up good salary, benefits policy
• Inform employee about C&B policies and handle all of questions related to C&B policies and salary
• Coordinate with Bank staff for payment and create ATM for employees
• Handle and preserve social insurance book of employees
• Handle and maintain Labor contract, Offer letter, Appraisal form in accordance to validity and Vietnam Labor Code and company regulations.
• Report to HR Manager such as: weekly report; monthly HR budget; monthly social insurance; labor change: PIT
• Other tasks as requested

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree
• Age: 35 and above
• At least 05 year experience in the same position
• Understanding of Labor law; Insurance and solid understanding of payroll and PIT
• Have experience in production company, factory and training is preferred
• Analytical and logical thinking
• High level attention to details and accuracy
• Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent
• Good communication in written and spoken English
• Live in Binh Duong province
• Age: 35 and above
• At least 05 year experience in the same position
