Mô tả công việc
• Lead the country-wide POI listing and review team for both Foody and Now platform;
• Manage the structure of the team, set and manage team KPIs if needed;
• Improve page navigation, images and content management;
• Handle budget and business planning for community outreach campaigns;
• Create and ensure product roadmaps to ensure quality outcome for digital strategies;
• Work with development team for any product improvement requirement;
• Proactively identify industry trends and adjust product/ strategy as suitable.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 4 years of experience working in the marketing field in e-commerce/ internet industry,
with at least 2 years of leadership experience;
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese plus strong interpersonal
skills;
• Always adopt a logical and data-driven approach when tackling problems and handling tasks;
• Highly creative, flexible and adaptable with good follow-through;
• Able to work in a start-up environment with initiatives to find problems and solve them.
