1.Analysis of sales data, financial data and market trends
2.Reviews and adjusts the operating SOPs for business processing if necessary
3.Be directly involved in the running of the new distribution business
4.Business Performance Measurement drives more targeted and quick solutions to issues that are raised and tracked monthly.
5.Monitors and analyses the administration of distributors’ contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies.
6.Administers the AR and credit management system
7. Control all commercial policy relate to customers, make sure all expense controlled under budget
8.Preparing management presentations and reporting

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years’ experience in related position.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently and productively
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Fluent in English both written and verbally.（Chinese will be a plus）
