Senior Commercial Executive

To undertake commercial /and corporate affairs of JJ Companies in Vietnam, ensuring procedures in the areas of Legal, Corporate policies, EHS, Commercial and all statutory regulations are complied with in the most efficient manner.

*** Commercial and Corporate Affairs:
1. Coordinate with all Companies/ Departments to make sure all business activities comply with the local regulations and corporate policies.
2. Ensure registration statements and reports to the Authorities are prepared and filed in accordance to prevailing government rules, guideline and policy.
3. Review business contracts (Contractual risk & legal terms).
4. Prepare and submit Statutory filing and board resolutions.
5. Prepare and submit applications for business licenses of al RBUs.
6. Insurance and Risk Management.
7. Government Relation.

*** EHS Management Representative:
8. Ensure that the EHS Management System requirements are well established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
9. Report to the EHS Chairman on the performance of the EHS Management System.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, at least 05 year experience as Lawyer/Associate/Legal Advisor in consultant companies.
• Strong interpersonal skill and self-confident.
• Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of people.
• Able to work independently as well as a team, service-minded, hard-working and efficient co-ordination.
• Good English Skill (both verbal and written)
