Mô tả công việc
- Participate in the preparation of commercial writings of the Company’s Field Development Plan and Investment Report.
- Support with the preparation, review, negotiation, execution and operation of the Company’s commercial agreements which include Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement (GSPA), Gas Transportation Agreement (GTA), Gas Sale Agreement (GSA), Tie-in and Operating Services Agreement (TOSA), etc.
- Carry out all assigned commercial duties/activities related to gas/condensate sales and purchase agreements.
- Prepare commercial proposals/analysis on commercial issues as required.
- Provide reports on current commercial activities and conduct calculations as required.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend opportunities/value levers for value optimization.
- Manage communications, clarifications, qualifications and exceptions.
- Be responsible for reporting system for the Company.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Education requirements:
- University/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial, or other related field.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in Commercial area of Oil and Gas sector.
- Experience in gas sale agreements is preferred.
Specific skill requirements/knowledge:
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work within diverse team.
- Experience working for or with foreign invested company in Vietnam would be beneficial.
- Good ability to network within parent company.
- Independent contributor, diligent and highly motivated.
- Safety and environment focus.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English language.
- Excel, Word & PowerPoint: Skillful.
- High capability of high-quality report generation.
