Mô tả công việc
- Build risk reports to monitor portfolio performance
- Prepare operation and collection performance report
- Prepare adhoc segmentation analysis to identify poor performance segments
- Work with other departments to understand customer behavior and propose changes in policy for improvement
- Prepare incentive calculation for all operation and collection teams
- Review and propose policy and process changes to improve productivity and efficiency of all collection team
- Setup pilot campaigns to run new policy, process as required
- Setup target and incentive scheme for all teams
- Cooperate with related departments for process and IT enhancement
- Reporting preparation by auto dialer performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Background and professional experience
** Background
- Have Bachelor degree or above in Banking, Finance or related
- Have knowledge about consumer finance and/or retail banking
** Professional experience
- Experience in collection strategy and collection management for unsecured consumer finance loans in 2 years minimum
- Experience in MIS, risk analysis/data analysis, retail reporting, statistics in 2 years minimum
2. Required skills
- Good communication skill in English
- Good analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Good SQL, excel and power-point skills
- Good team work and can work independently with high pressure
