Senior Claim Executive

JOB SCOPE
The primary scope of this role is to assist Senior Claim Manager in advising and assisting clients in claim related issues to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Handling and providing services to clients;
• Assisting clients during claim of Health care session
- Receive, key in and sending claim documents to insurers to assure that they are sending on-time without missing
- Follow Claim process time (Turn - around time) every two weeks with Direct Insurers
- Assist insured in Dispute cases when there are inquiries from Insured
- Response and follow client’s inquiries
- Follow and advise clients for supporting documents & invoices;
• Data record and filling: maintain hard copy and soft copy claim data;
• Improve providing service
- Claim procedure & claim service improvement
- Find obstacles and negotiate with insurers to improve procedure & service
- When problem appears, propose solution and negotiate with relevant parties to solve
• Enhancing client Service
- Record and have actions to scope with clients’ complaints & inquiries to avoid repeat problem accordingly
- Quarterly update clients on new information about insurance programs & market information;
• Client Relationship:
- Visit clients for training or other cases if required
- Helpline service and giving advise;
• Coordinating with other teams to implement project and providing claim services
• Other tasks as assigned

INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
* Education :
Graduate university
* Experience:
2-3 working years in the insurance industry and above
* Others:
Fluent English communication and writing
IT skills
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
