Mô tả công việc

Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to the project
- Prepare construction cost estimate
- Assist to organize/execute relevant technical works
- Prepare and evaluate bidding documents, consultancy contracts, construction contracts, etc.
- Supervise contractors on site and prepare reports etc.
- Investigate and solve problems on the infrastructure/construction works

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements:
- Bachelor-Tech (preferring Master- Tech) in civil engineering with minimum ten (10) year experience in related works at site
- Experience in Project management (preferring Industrial Zone and Port management).
- Experience in preparing, evaluating and awarding tenders
- Experience in various fields of engineering such as construction, electricity, mechanics, survey
- Ability to use advanced technical software
- Good spoken and written English
- Preference for candidates in Quang Ninh Province
