Plan and carry out laboratory work for self and chemist/technicians covering a range of technical projects for Exteriors & Putties in full compliance with all safety and work processes and procedures
Plan experimental designs for problem analysis or prove hypothesis in relation to product complaint of Exteriors & Putties or manufacturing process improvement of tollers (Dong Nai, TNT, Galaxy)
Provide technical support to other internal functions such as Sales on RDI Sales support role, toller operations and procurement on VCP/RM Security leader role, MKT on benchmark leader role
Propose ideas for laboratory work involving new product development, product improvement, value creation, processes & procedure improvement etc
Implement HSES plan as set by Technical Lead

BSc in Chemistry or equivalent
At least 3 years of related experience
Good project/time management skill.
Strong analytical, problem solving and organisation skill
Good practical, analytical and laboratory skill
Process good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate clearly and effectively across functions and within department
