Mô tả công việc
1. Analyze the effectiveness of the channel network and execute the improvement plan
- Supervise and analyze data of Distributor Tier 1,2,3 performance (quantitative and qualitative vs. the qualification required) and workshop levels with use and improvements of the database
- Develop action plan to fulfil the gaps together with Sales Director
- Combine with RSM/SS to execute improvement across the network and enforce standards
2. Build capability of existing distributors
- Improve criteria of selection Distributor Tier 1, 2, 3
- Support RSM/SS to use the qualification criteria to select new Distributors. Work to upgrade the capability of existing Distributors to meet the qualification required
- Analyze the SO, Inventory reports to track or support Distributor’s performance. Asist Sales Director to monitor the increase SO, coverage, SKU penetration etc in order to identify the gaps and opportunities to exploit
- Check and ensure the accuracy of reports
- Build relationship with Distributors, key Dealers
- Provide necessary trainings where possible to DSR to build distributor’s capabilities
- Eliminate cross-territory price dumping
3. Build capability of direct selling model
- Report analysis of coverage, # new outlets, SKU penetration, strike rate, route lists
- Other similar to Distributor’s activities
- Improve effectiveness and efficiency of existing direct selling model
- Take “best practices” and deploy with select Distributors across network
4. Manage development of the channel model and strategy with Sales Director
- Participate in building suitable Distribution Model, set KPIs, etc
- Develop and lead key market surveys
- Project lead / Key account project lead appointed by Sales Director
5. Align/combine with MKT/ Sales teams to maximize and utilize effectiveness for distribution channel from events and programs
6. Other roles and responsibilities required by Sales Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 05 year experience in selling to / managing Distributor (s), and retail channels.
- Previous experience in comprehensive analysis on distribution channel
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing on Automotive market (car and motorcycle), automotive spare-parts or other related industries, contract management, relationship management and project management is a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Trained and skillful negotiator, influence
- Must have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Business Administration/Marketing Degree, Master is a plus
- Highly responsible, honest, respects others, works independently and under high pressure.
- Computer skill: Good/Excellent
- Be willing to travel
