Mô tả công việc
We are looking for teammate who will actively collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR Team in the US to manage and execute a competitive and rewarding Compensation & Benefits programs for Vietnam Branch.
• Responsible for the administration and delivery of compensation & Benefits programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employee talent
• Partner with internal clients (C&B-US team, line managers) and Mercer to design and implement compensation, benefits and recognition programs that drive the achievement of business objectives and results
• Ensures compensation programs; improves existing/develops new processes and service delivery standards
• Well control all C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc. Manage and update HR information system (Workday)
• Performs labor issues or disciplinary process if any violation of company regulation or requirements
• Performs job evaluations/job leveling by utilizing traditional and/or leveling chart applications and recommends salary grades for new or revised jobs that have impact over the country/region
• Provides recommendations on various pay actions by utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate
• Leads the implementation, administration and communication of core compensation and benefits programs (job evaluation/leveling, market data analysis and application, merit planning, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Finance, Business Administration or similar major
• Certified Compensation Professional designation is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in C&B function and developing policies or salary structure
• Good communication in English (both verbal and non-verbal)
• Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, SHUI, multiple aspects of compensation (base pay, long-term incentive programs, annual incentive programs, sales compensation programs and reward and recognition programs)
• Be able to play external or internal consulting role with good interpersonal skill and teamwork
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Analytical skill with data-driven mindset
• Ability to self-motivate, integrity, trustful, positive thinking and open-minded
