Mô tả công việc
This is an important role within Cards team and the key responsibility of the incumbent is to build cards ENR book profitably. The objective of the role is to improve the card utilization through propositions. The same shall be achieved not only using traditional methods such as tele-calling but also using evolving technologies and channels like mobile, digital card, SMS, mobile app. The role also involves creating a new age channel/ proposition of digital products and mainstreaming it.
The key task of this role is to build cards receivable book profitably through inorganic measures through digital methods. This key role within the Cards Business is responsible to improve limit utilization using traditional methods such as tele-calling as well as using evolving technologies and channels like mobile, digital card, SMS, mobile app. The role also involves creating a new age channel/ proposition by withdrawal through ATMs and other banking channels and mainstreaming it. As the FE credit card portfolio matures, it is critical to ensure the build up of sticky balances & receivables.
[COMMUNICATION]
*With all key stakeholders- risk, finance, IT, Operations, MKT, Sales etc.:
- To create and implement business plans, grow the ENR through regular as well as new age propositions etc.
*Large Retailers of consumer durables, merchant aggregators
- To create instalment payment plans, build product book and new disbursal channels.
[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Monitor the portfolio and take actions to grow propositions to improve limit utilization of FE CREDIT cardholders in a most profitable manner. Manage a volume VND 1.25 T on a monthly basis with about 125,000 customer conversions. This will translate to an annual volume of VND 15 T and 1.5 M customers
- Continuously monitor the yields on the portfolio and take efforts to maximize the yield as well as fee income. Work with multiple units including BICC on customer segmentation and creating new features as well as new fast cash channels. Ongoing interaction with Sales team of more than 500 + resources to understand and drive all the support required to achieve the ambitious growth plans
- Regularly monitor trends to arrive at a propensity model so that the sales productivity improves. Work with IT to create a robust sales / CRM platform that shall enable sales, will also drive marketing campaigns and pursue new technologies.
- Continuously monitor competition and marketplace to widen the scope of proposition across different merchant categories.
- Work with Activation and usage teams to work out segment level offers for FE Credit Customers. Regularly work with loyalty & retention team to promote product and also use it as a retention tool.

- Work with Product team on a regular basis to ensure that receivable building programs have a wider reach through statement inserts, product brochures etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate with at least 7 years of solid experience and achievements in the credit cards business.
- Clear understanding of cards portfolio management including installment payment plans, Loan on Phone and inorganic line burn.
- At least 7 years in a credit card industry with detailed understanding of credit cards and specifically credit card receivable building programs, cards ENR, card fee structure, payment hierarchy etc. Previous experience in card portfolio management in large MNC banks like Citi,HSBC or large local banks such as Sacombank, Vietcom bank etc is highly preferred.
- Understanding of the Credit card Business, P&L, revenue drivers, ENR, fee structure, card payment hierarchy etc.
- Influencing, negotiating, driving execution, leading, managing multiple stakeholders, operations
