Senior C&S Engineer

Responsibilities:
a. Familiarize with local codes/ regulations, especially in design works, in related with construction activities
b. Coordinate with C&S consultants during the design process in order to produce a qualified submission to authority for approval or obtaining the permit.
c. Collaborate with project consultants (MEP,ID, facade engineering ..) to integrate adequately the technical details of all disciplines with building structure .
d. Check and review the drawing before issuing to contractor for construction.
e. Collaborate with project consultants to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise before or during construction period
f. Monitoring works carried out by consultants in according with contract documents/ drawings/ codes.
g. Involving in the selection of consultants/builders/contractors on the C&S aspect.
h. Work closely with quantity surveying consultant on all C&S aspects for tender and contract documentation if required
i. Collaborate with consultants and the site team and in responding to contractors request for information for C&S issues
j. Review of As-Built drawings and documents which include C&S issues.
k. Attending regular consultant meetings and to coordinate all aspect of C&S design and specifications

a) 5 years working experiences in C&S design and coordination
b) Having working experience in design companies as C&S designer is an advantage.
c) Good knowledge in Project Management especially in C&S design aspects.
d) Have ability to discuss and solve issues with C&S consultants / contractors.
e) Good teamwork spirit
f) Good leadership and communication skill
d) Ability in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project
