Mô tả công việc
1. Expat management
- Manage all compensation and benefits for expatriates (including payroll, benefits, labor contract, on-boarding/ off-boarding, work permit, accounting reports, Government reports…) to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Directly work with CHRO/Head of C&B and HR Group for matters related to Expatriates
- Act as a consultant for Expatriates, CHRO/Head of C&B, HR Group for all PIT issues, labor issues, internal processes of expatriates timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations.
2. Performance Management system
- Manage users and personal information of employees in the Performance Management system (Aspire system) to ensure it is up to date with HRIS
- Coordinate with L&D department in preparing training material for PM topics, make the system become an effective tool in employees’ performance management
- Coordinate with HRBP department in implementing PM programs to ensure they follow Group’s schedules (Goal setting, Mid-year review, End year review)
3. Others
- Be responsible for all report related to Expat and Performance
- Participate in other C&B assignments and HR projects as directed.
- C&B project such as Company Health Check-up, Best EE & LTSA, handling the administration of Bonus Calculation System (BCS) and another HR project if required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA/College degree
- 3+ years’ experience in C&B
- Experience in mobility is a plus
- Experience in Expatriate management at least 1 year
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations, PIT’s law, SHUI law, HR practice
- Good at English
- Good at PC skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
