Senior C&B Manager

- Responsible for the compensation and benefits processes and policies for DHL Supply Chain VN and driving new DHL Supply Chain global and regional aligned initiatives to ensure that the right reward strategies are put in place for internal and external talent.
- Will also be partnering with the business in providing input and advice on reward matters.
- Manage all elements of the employee reward package including pay, benefits, bonus, pension, long term incentives and executive remuneration.
-Manage the annual Pay & Bonus Review for Vietnam, analysing market data to propose salary increases, creating an appropriate process and timeline as well as partnering with the business to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Being key contact for HR business partners to provide guidance on remuneration including salary package offers, salary changes and 'off cycle' salary reviews
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process with a focus on labour costs
- Prepare high quality benchmarking analysis based on external salary surveys
- Implementing, roll out and managing HR systems
- Checking and approving payroll and escalation point for complex payroll queries

- At least 5 years remuneration experience  
- Qualification in human resources, finance or related discipline  
- Demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of performance, remuneration and reward frameworks, plus a sound knowledge of general HR management practices  
- Excellent standard of Microsoft Excel including a demonstrated ability to build analytics, modeling and build Excel tools  
- Ability to present remuneration and performance content both written and orally to management  
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to consult with stakeholders  
- Outstanding attention to detail
