Senior Buyer

- Develop and create sourcing strategy.
- Plan, source, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, deadlines and specifications.
- Conduct supplier audit and manage the overall supplier qualification process.
- Run sourcing material worldwide and pricing management project.
- Monitor production and establishment of quality checklists.
- Supervise supply chains.
- Solve problems and develop best solution with a good timing and quality.
- Comply with management's procurement objectives.
- Be good at relationship management and negotiation with the different suppliers.

- At least 02+ years of proven career track as a Category Manager/Senior Buyer/Merchandiser specializing in Textile, Garment, Furniture, Metal.
- Fluent English with both writing and speaking skills
- Demonstrated senior presence; experience managing others preferred.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external), thorough understanding of the market, and strong relationship with main players.
- Strong analytical acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses, comfortable using advanced Excel and other Microsoft suite.
