Khoi Nguyen Education Group is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence/Market Research (5-7 years working experience in the relevant field/position) join our Business Development Team.
The Business Development Department supports and helps the Board of Directors in the strategic business development, performance monitoring, and operational oversight of Khoi Nguyen Education Group (KNE), including developing and maintaining a methodology and reporting system to enable all parts of the business to communicate the company’s values to customers, partners, as well as other key stakeholders. The Senior Business Intelligence/Market Research is a pivotal role in developing a business intelligence practice to meet the needs of an organisation transformation – necessary development of a wide range of metrics for analysing and communicating on KNE’s business planning and risk management as well as sharing the lead on business model development with the finance and accounting team.
The successful candidate should perform full range of duties, including but not limited to:
• Develop a strategy, roadmap and work plan for using business intelligence and data analysis to enhance decision-making and performance across the business and for reporting to the Board of Directors, and stakeholders when required.
• Undertake analysis of a wide range of data and present this in appropriate ways to the all areas of KNE business scopes to inform decision making and strategic planning.
• Identify and use external sources of information through market research to complement, interpret and contextualise our own information for business development planning.
• Regularly monitor, collect and analyze education market/industry (or/and other industries when required), and competitor intelligence from a wide range of internal and external sources.
• Develop in-depth market assessments and identify market trends and opportunities and identify competitive advantages/threats.
• Support strategy of business development and opportunity assessment as a part of the business development requirements process.
• Assist in the development of business, admissions and marketing plans based on related BI analysis.
• Participate in other projects as needed and perform all other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in finance, statistics, economics, business studies, information management or equivalent expertise.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business and market intelligence, market research and market and competitor analysis is required.
• Experience in a relevant business or organisation with multiple business units/stakeholders.
• Significant experience of numerical, financial or other analysis and interpretative techniques, and producing or commissioning high level graphical representations of data in an insightful and user friendly format and an understanding of the best way to communicate analytical information.
• Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with different levels at the organization are required.
• Effective organisational skills, including a demonstrable track record of success prioritising own workload and working as part of a team to deliver objectives on time, to budget and to specification.
• Highly motivated and with the ability to work in a team in the context of a distributed working environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external colleagues, personable and courteous with contacts at all levels and able to handle issues in a courteous, efficient and effective manner, maintaining a professional approach at all times, regardless of circumstance
• Flexible working hours as necessary and travel outside of office hours and overnight as necessary.
• Advanced computer proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
