POSITION OVERVIEW – To assist the Research Manager/Head of Research to assemble information, maintain databases and draft reports

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Join in different kind of projects and take the position of Database/SQL coder as well as BI developer.
 Support team leader to provide timely, relevant and accurate management reports for internal team and clients
 Support to design and implement new processes to collect data and manage internal database.
 Provide quick, ad-hoc analysis on different business topics for management decision-making.
 Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
 Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.
 Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team.
 Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal users.
 Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence.
 Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
 Other duties assigned by your manager.

 Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
 Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.
 The ability to work with IT resources databases and spreadsheets, the ability to use BI software for the collection and management of information.
 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position.
 Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
 Attention to details and results-driven
 Strong analytical and report writing skills;
 Must understand the principles and practice of client care
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills;
 Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;
 Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task;
